Tremezzo Pizzeria is more than just another pizza shop. We make our subs and wraps with the freshest ingredients. We cook old school sheet pizza with real tomato sauce, like the kind we would serve you in a dish of Pasta at our restaurant, Tremezzo Ristorante.
We bring the same energy to every meal we make, and we make plenty! There are 15 different pizzas, dozens of hand made hot and cold subs or wraps, seafood dinner plates, pasta specials, salads, and an assortment of calzones including a “build your own calzone” special with 30+ ingredients to choose from. Choose one, choose ten, choose them all (if they will fit!!).

When we opened Tremezzo Pizzeria we made a pact to live up to the same standards as Tremezzo Ristorante or we wouldn’t open it. Considering the quality and success so far, we’ve set the bar pretty high, but that’s the type of commitment we’re making to succeed.

Our Story
Four years ago Rick Lowe opened Tremezzo Ristorante on 2 Lowell St. in Wilmington, MA. Over the past four years, it has certainly made a name for itself as one of the best restaurants around. In 2019 Wilmington had it’s annual Wicked Local Reader’s Choice awards for best places to eat. Tremezzo Ristorante ran away with the competition scoring #1 Best Restaraunt for Lunch, #1 Best Restaraunt for Dinner, #1 Best Fine Dining Restaraunt, #1 Best Italian Restaraunt, and #1 Best Bar. Josie’s Bakery, another one of RIck’s establishments, also won #1 Best Bakery. Riding a wave of good fortune and carrying the formula for success in his pocket Rick has recently opened Tremezzo Pizzeria.
Tremezzo Pizzeria’s menu includes much of what you would suspect to find at other sub shops. So what sets Tremezzo Pizzeria apart from the rest? Its authenticity and character. Tremezzo Pizzeria doesn’t stray from the strategy and culture that has brought the brand so much success, serving authentic Italian food with recipes passed down generations that go all the way back to the old country. Each meal is prepared with as much care and thought as if the cook himself was going to eat it. Tremezzo Pizzeria is the difference between following a recipe like it’s read from a cookbook and feeling out the ingredients as they are put together to serve you something truly special.
